How to Get More Testosterone

How to Get More Testosterone
Change your eating habits. How much testosterone your body produces has a lot to do with nutrition, so it's important to be aware of what you eat. A good testosterone-friendly diet contains many healthy fats, green leafy vegetables, protein and cholesterol (it's not all bad!). Low-fat diets should be avoided when trying to boost testosterone.
For example, minerals like zinc and magnesium help boost testosterone production, while healthy cholesterol levels actually allow your Leydig cells to produce testosterone.
In addition, vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage act to lower estrogen levels (a female hormone) in your body, raising testosterone levels.

Get nuts. Adding one or two handfuls of walnuts or almonds to your daily diet can easily increase your testosterone levels.
Also try to branch out to Brazil nuts, cashews, peanuts and other nuts with monounsaturated fats as men who consume these fats regularly have higher testosterone levels than men who do not.
Seeds such as sunflower and sesame seeds, in addition to protein, vitamin E and zinc also provide a high content of monounsaturated fats, which increase all testosterone.
For the healthiest option, choose the non-flavored, unsalted versions of nuts and seeds.
