How to Roast Frozen Brussel Sprouts

How to Roast Frozen Brussel Sprouts
Spray olive oil over your baking sheet. Even before you pull your Brussels sprouts out of the freezer, you can heat up an oiled baking sheet. Pour a thin drop of olive oil over the surface of a large baking tray and put it in the oven to warm up as the oven warms up.

A pre-heated baking sheet of preheated olive oil will help your sprouts boil faster once you put them in the oven.

Pour your frozen Brussels sprouts into a mixing bowl. Pull your sprouts out of the freezer and open the bag. Also, pull out a large mixing bowl. Pour the Brussels sprouts into the bowl.
You may need to use a pair of household scissors to cut the bag of sprouts if it does not rupture.
Pour olive oil over the sprouts. For frozen vegetables to roast properly, it must be well oiled. Pour a generous 1/4 cup (59 mL) or 1/2 cup (120 mL) over the Brussels sprouts.
Add salt to the oiled sprouts. Once the sprouts are covered with olive oil, sprinkle 1-3 teaspoons (4.9-14.8 ml) of salt over it. The amount of salt may depend on how strong the salt taste of the finished sprouts should be. [5]
Every kind of salt is good; They can meet your wishes. Common types of salt are kosher salt or coarse sea salt.
Throw the sprouts with the oil and salt. Use your hands to toss and roll the brussel sprouts in the mixture of olive oil and salt. [6] Make sure that the salt does not stick in lumps, but is evenly distributed over the sprouts.
All frozen sprouts should be evenly spread with olive oil and salt.
