How to Keep Fruit from Turning Brown
Mix 1 tablespoon. (30 g) honey and 1 cup (128 g) slightly warm water. Honey dissolves more easily in warm water than in cold water.

When cutting multiple pieces of fruit, be sure to double or triple the amount of honey and water as needed to fully immerse the fruit in the mix.
Pour the honey-water mixture over the fruit.
