Find a place to vomit. If you are at home, toilets, sinks and buckets are the best choice. Sinks are not really great, because if your vomit comes out lumpy, you probably need to fish your own vomit out of the drain.
When you're outside, try to escape the humans and their belongings. Nothing embarrasses you any more when a random drunk splashes over your car. Try to find a forest or an empty lot. You can throw in one of these areas on open ground.

Make sure you have to vomit. Some people are attacked by waves of nausea and are not really sure if they have to vomit. In this case, vomiting may not be as pleasant as it is unnecessary. Others know that they have to vomit - maybe they had too much to drink - and cleaning is inevitable. Watch out for these tell-tale signs that you or someone else has to vomit:
Lips turn pale, lose all color.
Start sweating and feel overly hot.
Start spitting a saltier than usual.
Extreme discomfort in the stomach.
Dizziness, aversion to movement.
Try to prevent nausea and vomiting before it is too late. There are some things you can try to prevent the vomiting of your body. Try these out before you force yourself to vomit:
Drink small quantities of clear, sweetened liquids such as soda or fruit juices (orange and grapefruit juices are not recommended as they are too sour).
Rest in either a sitting position or a reclined position. The activity can aggravate the nausea and cause vomiting.
